As an in-person, Winnipeg-based mastermind, The Alliance brings together women from the city and surrounding communities for monthly mastermind sessions, curated experiences, retreats, and special access to the Winnipeg Women’s Conference. My educational background consists of a BA (Psychology) and an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behaviour, both from the University of Manitoba.
I am also a Certified Life Coach and have additional training in Organizational Change Management and Human Capital Consulting.
I’ve been corporately employed in a variety of industries within both the public and private sector and have consulted with organizations ranging from 1 employee to global Big 4 Firms. My corporate work ranged from supporting individuals through their evolution (in human resources) as well as the broader organization (change management).

All advisory sessions are held on Zoom so you can be based anywhere you have an internet connection!
The Alliance does meet in Winnipeg on a monthly basis, so you are obviously recommended to be within the surrounding area for this service.

I see clients typically on a bi-weekly to monthly basis.
As such, you are encouraged to pick a bi-weekly day & time slot, and stick to that throughout the duration of your program. Of course we allow for the flexibility of life but the best results are found when we can be as consistent as possible.

I offer a pay-in-full option or you can opt to pay for your program in instalments, depending on what program you choose.
Monthly instalments are charged either via credit card or e-transfer schedule. You will receive an invoice either way.
Don’t forget: investments into business coaching are a claimable expense on your income taxes!

As this is a living, breathing program facilitated by a real human being, there are no refunds once you commit to your program.
